Asssistant Project & Brand Manager

 

We’re on the hunt for an organised and ambitious Assistant Project & Brand Manager to join our fast growing team at our Hong Kong headquarters. You should have a proven ability to run and manage multiple projects and accounts. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you directly by the Founder and Project Manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, clients, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget. You should also have strong sense of business acumen, and ability to implement future proof strategies as part of the middle management team.

Besides being a great project manager, you will also co-manage the company’s existing social media channels and various brand development. From creating, scheduling and coordinating with the in-house team to ensure marketing efforts are delivered in the highest standard. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.

Experience within the creative, branding, interior and design experience isn’t necessarily a requirement (although preferred), but you should have a strong and interest in the design and creative field; reading, watching and absorbing news, trends, art and culture to share with peers and harness to improve overall output for client work.

Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the creative teams to maximize productivity and work flow

- Work closely with the finance team to make sure projects are delivered on budget and on time

- Manage and assist in creating tailored proposals per client request and independently manage incoming enquiries

- Manage and assist in company business development activities such as lead capturing, lead communications, lead conversion, tender applications and related administrative works.

- Willing to travel to local and intentional client meetings, conventions, and attend networking events

- Collaborate with the whole project team, managing entire project lifecycles

- Manage and create content for company marketing efforts across website, blogs, social media and various business channels

- Organise and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met

- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently

- Report updates verbally and in written form to management

- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently

- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members

- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email

- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously

- Day-to-day content management across various social media platforms (e.g. Company website, Instagram, Facebook, Behance, LinkedIn), including uploading, publishing and updating content

- Execute and manage all round digital marketing tasks included social media, media buy, banner ads, SEO/SEM, eDM and campaigns

- Capture and analyse the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices on social

- Participate and take lead on in-house Blog writing and conceptualisation

Requirements:

- 3-5 years experience in a similar role but not compulsory (Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, Brand Manager)

- Experience working in a creative agency preferred but not essential

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, whilst maintaining a sharp and high attention to detail

- Natural leadership, management skills and role model to team members

- Ability to resolve conflict and provide solutions

- Proactive and independent

- Passion for design and creativity

- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Honest, Loyal and ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure

- Open to travelling across Hong Kong & branch offices (Shenzhen) when required

- Punctual
