Business Development Manager

 

We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented company assistant to join our fast growing team at our Hong Kong headquarters. Prior experience is a must within a similar role. The Business Development Manager will be focusing on Hong Kong, Greater China and International market and identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. They will leverage their network, attend events and cold call potential clients to build a strong pipeline. You will be involved in the proposals and bid process, acting as a key point of contact with your client and internal teams to ensure there is an in-depth understanding of the objectives and smooth projectexecution.

The successful candidate must have 3 years' sales experience and be a results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with brand building, the built environment, architecture or design is preferred. You should have strong inter-personal social skills and be willing to learn and collaborate in a team environment. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities to achieve business target •

- Create workplace strategies and engage clients to increase business growth by delivering sales presentations and preparing business proposal •

- Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new clients •

- Coordinate closely with design and project team during each phase of the project & implementation process •

- Understand the requirements of clients to ensure their needs are being met

- Take lead on Company’s business development in sales, ventures and partnerships

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related discipline •

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in related field •

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills •

- Outgoing, good at building business relationship with potential client •

- Able to work under tight schedule and willing to work overtime •

- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Google Workspace and Adobe CC is a plus. •

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must •

- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager •
