Interior Designer
We’re on the hunt for an artistic, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our fast growing team at our new Shenzhen Office/Hong Kong headquarters in Sai Wan. Prior experience is a must within a similar role and agency capacity. You should have a proven ability and track record to run and manage multiple projects. The Interior Designer's key responsibilities include visualising, sketching, and designing plans as per client goals, prepare full drawing package including serial joinery details and specifications, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met. You will also be expected to comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.

You’ll work along side other interior designers/architects and the company’s branding team. You will be responsible for running multiple projects on your own at times and to ensure that work is delivered to the very highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle hospitality / residential projects from design concept to site supervision/ coordination during construction period
- Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
- Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection
- Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
- Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
- Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results
- Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams
- Supervise and coach junior staff members in daily works, develop team capabilities, and contribute to team cohesiveness
- Create technical drawings for signages and brand environments for production
- Candidates that can demonstrate high quality rendering abilities will be preferred
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or other related disciplines
- Relevant experience in Hospitality, Residential, Restaurant and Show Flat Design, preferable exposed to top-tier luxury projects
- Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
- Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas
- Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
- Able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Strong technical background and well experienced in generating / reviewing design and construction drawings / specifications / documentations / shop drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Illustrator, photoshop or other design programs (Proficiency in Enscape will be prioritised)
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Immediate availability will be prioritised
