Project & Brand Executive/Assistant

 

We’re on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Project & Brand Executive/Assistant to join our fast growing team at our Hong Kong headquarters. Prior experience within a similar role and agency capacity is a must for the Project & Brand Executive role (Not a must for Project Assistant role). You should have ability and to run and manage multiple projects and accounts. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Project Manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget. You will need to be highly organised, have excellent writing skills, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.

Experience within the creative, branding and design experience isn’t necessarily a requirement (although preferred), but you should have a strong and interest in the design and creative field; reading, watching and absorbing news, trends, art and culture to share with peers and harness to improve overall output for client work. You’ll work directly under our Project & Brand Manager and Founder, but be responsible for running multiple projects on your own and to ensure that work is delivered to the very highest standard.

Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity

- Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle

- Manage company brand and marketing efforts across website, blogs, social media and various business channels

- Organise and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met

- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently

- Report updates verbally and in written form to management

- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently

- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members

- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email

- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously

- Assist in business development administration when required

- Assist in tender preparation when required

- Assist in project timelines, client communications, office administration

Requirements:

- 0-3 years experience in a similar role (Account Executive, Account Assistant, Project Assistant)

- Experience working in a creative agency preferred but not essential

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, whilst maintaining a sharp and high attention to detail

- Natural leadership, management skills and role model to team members

- Ability to resolve conflict and provide solutions

- Proactive and independent

- Passion for design and creativity

- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Honest, Loyal and ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure
